Vegetarian Options
The Piggy Squire guarantees that not only has as much thought gone into creating our vegetarian menu, but all vegetarian options will be cooked to our usual high standards and completely separately from all meat dishes.
- Large field mushrooms stuffed with Stilton and onion marmalade, grilled over the bbq
- Slow roasted stuffed peppers
- Chargrilled sweetcorn with English butter and Maldon sea salt
- Aubergine and blue cheese stack
- Tortillas stuffed with a selection cheese, red onions and sour cream grilled over the bbq
All of the above can be offered as an alternative to the spit roast and in addition to or in combination with our delicious range of salads.
